  1. FC111.25/26 COUNCILLOR RESIGNATION and COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

    To note recent resignation of a member. To elect a member to join the Finance and Personnel Committee.

  2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  4. PUBLIC SPEAKING/QUESTIONS AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes.

    To approve the minutes of the Full Council held on 5th January 2026.

    To receive the preparatory work undertaken by the Finance Committee and previous Full Council meetings, approve the final budget for FY2026/27 and approve the Precept to underpin.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
